Had an awesome time with friends! We kayaked to see the stunning rock formations and explored the national park with a fantastic guide. The pool was a great spot to chill, and breakfast was always delicious. Just a heads up, getting around can be tricky if you don’t have a car, but the bus system is cheap and convenient.
The only downside was the occasional smell of sewage that could be unpleasant when returning to the rooms.

The gardens at the hotel are like a mini jungle, with vibrant plants and plenty of wildlife, including toucans and monkeys. The pool is a perfect spot to cool off, and the room offers a nice garden view, making it feel like paradise.
The only downside was the occasional smell of sewage when returning to the rooms, which could be a bit unpleasant. Also, during our stay, there were issues with the smoke alarm due to a low battery that went off overnight, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty until it was resolved the next day.

The Falls Resort feels like a hidden oasis with its vibrant gardens and friendly wildlife right outside your window. The rooms are clean and spacious, though a bit dark due to the surrounding trees. Some staff were not very welcoming, but the breakfast and overall atmosphere were delightful.

The property feels like a hidden oasis with its beautiful gardens and cozy Deluxe Room, ideal for relaxation. The highlight was enjoying homemade pastries at breakfast alongside a fantastic view from the patio. However, issues with shower drainage made for an inconvenient stay, as staff attempted to fix it but did not provide a room change. The hotel's location near local attractions was a plus, but the shower problem detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

great service but limited dining options
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They adjusted our breakfast schedule for an early tour and even accommodated our request to watch a sports final at the bar. The environment included a charming walking path and a relaxing pool, which made our two-night stay memorable. Watching monkeys during breakfast added a special touch to our mornings.
The dining choices at the hotel felt a bit restricted.
